Oui, les comprimés Relax peuvent généralement être pris à jeun.

Les prendre près de l’heure du coucher est approprié, et une petite collation n’aura pas d’impact significatif sur leur absorption.

Il est aussi généralement possible de les combiner avec une faible dose de GABA, car il n'y a aucune interaction directe entre ces produits.

Cependant, comme ils favorisent tous deux la détente, leurs effets peuvent s’additionner et entraîner davantage de somnolence ou une sensation de lourdeur au réveil chez certaines personnes.

Il est donc recommandé de porter attention à votre ressenti, particulièrement le lendemain matin, et d’ajuster au besoin.
