# Comment interpréter la posologie indiquée sur l’emballage de Sommeil Profond?

La posologie de 66 gouttes = 2 mL, indiquée sur l’emballage, est exacte et basée sur une mesure volumétrique précise.

Le nombre de gouttes est déterminé dans des conditions contrôlées afin d’assurer sa fiabilité et correspond à la dose utilisée dans les études cliniques. La quantité de 2 mL (66 gouttes) a démontré son efficacité et sa sécurité ([document en anglais seulement](https://www.avogel.ca/download/Studies/Deep-Sleep_Dormeasan-Sleep-improving-effect_2008.pdf)).

Il est important de savoir que les outils de cuisine comme les cuillères à mesurer ne sont pas aussi précis. Par exemple, 2 mL peut sembler ne remplir qu’environ la moitié d'une demi-cuillère à soupe, ce qui peut porter à confusion.

Pour une meilleure précision, il est recommandé de compter les gouttes plutôt que d’utiliser une cuillère.
