# I’ve heard that homeopathic tablets don’t really expire. Is that true?

While homeopathic tablets may remain stable in terms of their active ingredients, we do not recommend using products that have been expired for a long period.

This is less about their effectiveness and more about safety. Over time—especially if stored in humid conditions—tablets can be affected from a microbiological standpoint, which may compromise their quality.

For this reason, it’s best to respect the expiry date indicated on the product.
