# I’ve just placed my order, but I’d like to add an item. Is that possible?

Thank you for your order—we understand it’s easy to forget an item!

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes such as adding or removing items. The best option would be to cancel the order and place a new one with everything you need.

If you’d like, we’d be happy to assist you with the cancellation process.
