# Temporary Hair Touch-up: Can I go to sleep without washing my hair? Will it stain my pillow?

Yes, you can safely go to sleep without washing your hair.

Once Herbatint Temporary Hair Touch‑up has fully dried, it sets on the hair and will not transfer or stain your pillow. There is no need to wash your hair before going to bed.

For best results, simply allow the product to dry completely before lying down.
