The pump on my Echinaforce Sore Throat Spray is clogged. What should I do?

Due to the natural composition of the product, crystallization may occasionally occur in the spray nozzle, which can block the pump. This is more likely to happen if the spray has not been stored at room temperature or has not been used for a while.

In most cases, the issue can be resolved by removing the nozzle from the pump, rinsing it with warm water, and allowing it to dry completely. This should help clear any blockage.
To help prevent this, we recommend rinsing the nozzle before storing the product for an extended period.
