Is there anything I should do to use all of the Sinna Spray when the liquid gets low?

Each bottle is filled with a slight overage of the formulation, which means a small amount of liquid will always remain at the bottom. This is due to the design of the spray pump, as the stem does not extend fully to the base of the bottle.
