Returns & Refunds

At A.Vogel, we are committed to delivering high‑quality products and ensuring your order reaches you in excellent condition and on time.

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

How to initiate a return
To begin the return process, please contact us at csr@bioforce.ca. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
